One man injured in St Martins shooting

A 33-year-old man is nursing injuries to various parts of his body following at shooting incident at St Martins, St Philip.

Police say Brian Anthony Orland Hunte, of Harmony Lodge, in the aforementioned parish, was attending a Reddah Fire promotion at Bongles Hideaway around 11:10p.m. when he was shot in the abdomen, left hand and back. He was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by private transportation for treatment.

Anyone who can provide information that can assist in these investigations is asked to contact Police Emergency at 211, District C Police Station at 416 8200 or 416 8202, Crime Stoppers at 1 800 8477(TIPS) or any police station.
