According to police the deceased was sitting alone at a house located at Ridgeway, The Pine, St Michael around 5:15p.m. when several gunshots were heard. Other persons who were in the vicinity socializing ran away. However, they discovered Rudder lying on the road when they returned. He was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by private vehicle where he was pronounced dead. He was recorded as Barbados’ second murder for the year.
