It is alleged that the 34-year-old of 7th Avenue New Orleans, St Michael had a firearm in his possession on February 18 without a valid licence. Haynes who had Angella Mitchell-Gittens as his legal counsel was not required to plead to the indictable charge when he appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant.
