Natto McIntosh Gilkes, of Rock Hall, St Thomas is charged with loitering along Lascelles Hill, St James around 1:25 a.m. on March 19, 2019 and was unable to give a satisfactory account of himself. Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant did not take a plea from the accused as the crime was allegedly committed in the District ‘E’ jurisdiction. Gilkes was remanded until April 15.
