Officer Kenmore Phillips told the court that Martin was involved in an argument with another person around 6:45a.m. when Williams intervened. However another argument ensued this time between him and Martin. This resulted in the accused grabbing onto Martin’s shirt before slapping him in the face. He was arrested and charged. For that offence Williams was placed on a bond and must be on his best behavior for the next six months. If he breaches the order he will have to pay the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court a forthwith fine of $750 or spend four weeks in prison.
