Around 8:25 p.m., police responded to reports of gunshots being heard and a man down at Belair, St Philip. On arrival police found Blackman lying face down in a pool of blood. A white motor car with multiple holes was taken into police custody. As police continue their investigations, they are asking anyone who may have information contact Crime Stoppers at 1 800 5477, District C Police Station at 416-8200 or any police station.
