Thirty-five persons tested negative for COVID-19 yesterday, including two who will be released from isolation today after two negative test results within a 48-hour period.

This is the fourth consecutive day that Barbados has recorded no new cases of the viral illness. The tally of infected persons remains at 75 out of a total of 1035 tests carried out by the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory since February 11.

Barbados has recorded five deaths since April 4. There are 51 persons in isolation. (BGIS)
