Seven police officers promoted to senior superintendent

Seven officers of the Barbados Police Service have been promoted to the rank of Senior Superintendent, effective November 1, 2026.

They are Commandant of the Regional Police Training Centre Roderic Walcott, Mark White, Dwayne Cumberbatch, Paul Lynch, Lesteal Woodroffe, Winston Holder and Derrick Bobb.

Commissioner of Police Sonia Boyce presented the officers with their letters of appointment during a brief ceremony at Police Headquarters Friday morning.
Officials say the promotions form part of the Service’s efforts to strengthen its leadership structure and recognise the experience and service of its officers.
