Director General, Human Resource, Ministry of Public Service, Gail Atkins, said the meetings will be held on Tuesday, June 2, and Wednesday, June 3, at the Garfield Sobers Gymnasium, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., to accommodate those persons who are unable to attend any of the four earlier sessions. Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley will also participate in the meetings. Ms. Atkins continued: “There is a great demand by public officers and employees of state-owned enterprises to participate in the meetings and because of the physical distancing protocols that have been introduced because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the standard number of persons cannot be accommodated at the Gymnasium. “We therefore thought it necessary to add these additional sessions to give persons the opportunity to be a part of this important discussion with Prime Minister Mottley, on the Barbados Optional Savings Scheme. Those persons who are working during the day are encouraged to take advantage of the evening sessions.” Prime Minister To Participate In Meetings On B.O.S.S.
