Peter Macfarren Rouse, of Lot 3D2 Apartment A, Scott’s Terrace, Grazettes, St Michael is alleged to have recklessly and without lawful authority or excuse discharged a firearm at Trotman Lane, Grazettes, on May 28, in a manner which placed Ronald Elms in danger of death or serious bodily harm. He is also alleged to have damaged a window, two wardrobes and a glass valued at $2,679. 59 belonging to Elms on the same date and using a firearm without having a valid licence from the Commissioner of Police. The accused was not required to plead to any of the indictable matters in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court.
