Lowenfield reportedly submitted a report showing a win for the APNU-AFC, leaving results of Guyana’s four-month-old elections in further limbo. Saturday’s Commission meeting did not go ahead as there was no quorum, because the three pro-coalition election commissioners did not turn up for the meeting.
