Barbados is fortunate to have Richard Carter on this taskforce as the island’s Covid-19 Czar. Mr. Carter brings with him a wealth of experience including serving on the National HIV/AIDS Commission as well as working in Sierra Leon for four years during the Ebola pandemic under extremely trying and dangerous circumstances.
