The 18-year-old of Grant’s Gap, Lower Westbury Road, St Michael appeared in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on Saturday before Magistrate Douglas Frederick. He was not required to plead to the indictable charge that he, on July 31, being a prisoner having been remanded to HMP on a charge of serious indecency, escaped lawful custody without the use of force. The accused will make his next court appearance on September 25. The teen had been a subject of a police wanted bulletin since his escape from the Supreme Court located at White Park Road, St Michael.
