This is very sad because it speaks to being very unprofessional as an entity. Who if i was a dollar short for my plane ticket monies would not have issued the same. Customers need their refund for tickets paid for.
So what will happen to people with travel tickets?
We know both Barbados and St Vincent PM’s said publicly in the press that they would sell their shares in LIAT for $1 (we don’t know what currency), but did they officially ever offer them for that price?
We also know that the Antigua PM said publicly that he would buy the shares for $1, but did he ever make an effort to buy them?
Was this sale ever done?
As usual this is politicians up to there all talk and no action politricks, while the people (especially LIAT workers) who vote them in office suffer.
