There was no stopping Dulieu and Treasure who showed tremendous form in the pool and therefore took centre stage in the 15-17 senior division. The most outstanding junior swimmers were Jaiya Simmons also of Pirates and Tariq Greenidge of High Tide Stingray (HTSR). Competing on the boys side, Dulieu participated in seven events, capturing five gold medals in all the 1500m, 800m, 400m, 200m and 100m for all freestyle races. Treasure dominated the corresponding girls category, taking home nine medals. She touched the wall first in the 50m, 100m, 200m, 400m and 800m freestyle and was also top of the field in the 50m, 100m and 200m backstroke, as well as also being unstoppable in the 50m butterfly. Pirates swimmers delivered yet again as Simmons, in the girls nine-to-10, had the top podium finish in seven out of nine races. Starting with the freestyle, he won the 50m, 100m, 200m before stamping his authority on the 50m and 100m backstrokes, along with the 50m and 100m breaststroke. The 50m butterfly and 100m individual medley also belonged to Greenidge. There were strong individual performances in the 11-12 age groups with Jayden Lavine of Alpha Club standing out among the boys, as he destroyed the field in the 100m breaststroke. In the girls category, Kenyah Deane of Pirates pulled away to win gold in the 50m freestyle in 28.88 seconds while Alyssa Roachford of Alpha took the 100m breaststroke in one minute, 28.99 seconds. Adara Stoddard of HTSR lived up to expectations when she clocked 1:14.32 in the 13-14 girls 100m breaststroke and eclipsed the 24-year-old record of 1:15.01 set in 1996 by Lanielle Weekes. Stoddard also picked up silver in the 50m freestyle in 27.18 behind her clubmate Amelia Mayers (27.18). Omari Sealy extended his good showing, winning the 50m boys freestyle in the corresponding age category in a time of 25.08.
