Arthur of Maynards, St Peter, was found guilty by jurors for having 102 bullets back on January 31, 2012. Justice Randall Worrell said the mitigating factors including him being an upstanding member of society outweighed the sole aggravating factor of possessing the bullets. The judge also said the offence was a strict liability one and not malicious or bent on criminality. Arthur has to pay the fine in 12 months or face six months in prison.
