The 31-year-old of Vauxhall, Christ Church will reappear before Madam Justice Pamela Beckles on February 25 next year, when the facts of those cases are expected to be disclosed by Crown Counsel Danielle Mottley. Appearing in the No. 5 Supreme Court this morning Moore, who is unrepresented by legal counsel, pleaded guilty to seven counts of endangering life or safety. On January 6, 2018 he recklessly and without lawful authority or excuse discharged a firearm in Ixora Resturant, a public place, which placed Carla Jones, Andre Coley, Janet Gibson, Merville Sealy, Wendell Coppin, Dennis Tull and David Duff in danger of death or serious bodily harm. He further admitted to six counts of aggravated burglary. This stems from an incident on the same date, when entered Ixora restaurant located at Christ Church as a trespasser and stole a cash tin; $5,000 cash belonging to Tourism Services Limited trading as Golden Sands Hotel and $900 cash belonging to Cricket Franchise of Barbados. At the time he had a firearm with him. Moore also confessed to entering the St Philip home of Zoanne Roberts on September 5, 2014 and stealing a cellular phone, a bottle of perfume, and a kindle costing approximately $1,150 belonging to Subria Hood. From that same house he also stole a laptop, an iPad and a camera costing approximately $5 800 belonging to the homeowner, as well as $7, 475 in items including $2,000, a cellular phone, two bags, nine pairs of shoes, seven wallets, four rings, a watch and four pairs of earrings belonging to Dexter Crichlow. He was armed with a knife at the time. The house of Anthony Harper in St Thomas was the next target. While armed with a gun and a knife, he made away with $150 belonging to Waveney Kellman as well s $997 cash, US$8, CND$10 and six cartoons of cigarettes totaling $1 031 belonging to the homeowner. He entered Joyce Welch’s residence as a trespasser and stole eight watches, a chain, a locket, two rings, two necklaces, a camera, a cellular phone and two earrings belonging to the homeowner as well as a Play Station belonging to Andre Welch. The total cost of the items was $5 054.
