Tourists returning to home to the United Kingdom and the United States where negative tests are now required for entry paid $100 for the rapid tests. On Sunday, the Government announced that all rapid and PCR tests which were previously carried out by the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory would move to Wildey Gymnasium. Some persons were anxious about when they would receive their results. The Barbados Government Information Service issued a statement this evening advising persons awaiting results for COVID-19 tests to check their emails, including their junk mail and spam, for the notification email from the Ministry of Health and Wellness.“Members of the public should note that test results are normally sent from the following emails, pcrtestresults@shapebb.com and rapidtestresults@shapebb.com, or from a Medical Officer.” it said.
