Lone Star staff off to Jersey Channel Island

Eight members of staff of the Lone Star Hotel and Restaurant have been given an opportunity to work in the United Kingdom for the busy summer tourist period.

General manager of Kristin Boland explained that their sister hotel, Saint Brelades Bay hotel in the Jersey Channel Islands was understaffed.

The group comprises representatives from the kitchen and wait staff. They are expected to spend 16 weeks before returning to Barbados.
