The Labour Department, in conjunction with the National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health, will host a number of virtual activities, including a church service and a series of free webinars. Under the theme A Safe Workplace: Now More Than Ever, the week will start with a service at the James Street Methodist Church, The City, on Sunday, July 11, at 9:00 a.m. Minister of Labour and Social Partnership Relations, Colin Jordan, is expected to deliver brief remarks during the church service. Persons interested in following the service may click here. The webinars, from July 12 to 16, will address several topics, including Preventing Violence and Harassment at Work, Indoor Air Quality, Practical Tips for Safety Committees, and National Workplace Wellness Policy.
