I had damage done to my house which is uninsured. I am told that the National Housing and other government agencies will be helping Bajans to fix back their houses. Does this include people like me who squatting? A friend said to me that if government help fix back the house, they are basically giving you permission to live where you are. They will hardly build it up just to tear it back down. And there are many people living in my community and our MP has previously told us point blank not to move and to let government find someplace to put we if they want us move. But I really would like help. I already give in my name to my MP. Thank you.
