Barbadian consumers are now paying more for some petroleum products.

From midnight Wednesday, July 7, the retail price of gasoline decreased, while the price of diesel, kerosene and liquefied petroleum products (LPG) increased, in keeping with the landed price for these products on the international market.

Gasoline will be sold at $3.87, a decrease of one cent. The price of diesel will increase by two cents and will cost $3.12. Kerosene will go up by three cents and will be retailed at $1.32.

The adjusted price of the LPG 100-lb cylinder will be $148.01; the 25-pound cylinder will cost $42.10; the 22-pound cylinder, $37.22 and the 20-pound cylinder, $33.83.

The last price adjustment was on June 6. (JC/BGIS)
