Leyland Diseo D’Aguiar, who resides at Sky View, Ashton Hall, St Peter appeared before Magistrate Elwood Watts recently accused of unlawfully removing Delicia Manget from Six Roads, St Philip without her consent on August 3. He was not required to plead to the indictable charge before the District ‘C’ St Matthias Magistrates’ Court.
