When the 29-year-old from Pool No. 2, St John appeared before Magistrate Elwood Watts on Monday he was granted bail in the sum of $1 500 which he secured with one surety. Spooner is charged with recently assaulting Emerson Haynes, occasioning him actual bodily harm. The accused will reappear before the District โCโ Magistratesโ Court on January 24, 2022.
