Layne, 29, appeared before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes this afternoon charged that he on July 27, 2020 murdered Olivia Cecelia Carter. He is further alleged to have murdered Odith Nicole Henriques on August 2, 2021. The accused was not required to plead to the two indictable charges before the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court.
