The Authority’s crews started work on Friday, September 3 but encountered some unexpected technical difficulties late in the evening, which delayed completion of the job. Personnel worked through the night and the connection is expected to be finished during the morning today Saturday. Once complete, the water will be turned back on and is expected to gradually return to all affected areas. Customers will be assisted by the Authority’s water tanker crews in the interim. The BWA sincerely apologises for the inconvenience this delay in the completion of work being conducted in St Lucy has caused.
