But on Tuesday as he stood before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes, Francisโ voice echoed in the District โAโ Magistratesโ Court as he shouted: โI ainโt rob nobody. I ainโt rob nobody.โ Francis, 40, of 2nd Avenue Alkins Land, Eagle Hall was responding to a charge of robbing Paul Rollins of $151 and destroying Rollinsโ cellphone on June 30.
