Health authorities say the 85-year-old was in secondary isolation for 10 days. She had comorbidities and was unvaccinated. Earlier today, Chief Medical Officer Dr Kenneth George told a news conference that a 52-year-old man passed away this morning. The man was in the primary isolation section, where he was a patient at the institution for three days. He had no chronic illnesses and was unvaccinated. The death toll from the virus now stands at 71. Minister of Health and Wellness Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Bostic has extended condolences to the bereaved.
