Palette pleaser, Damian Leach opened his popular restaurant Cocktail Kitchen in 2016, the same year that he won Caribbean Chef of The Year. One bite of anything on the menu and you know exactly why Damian took home the win. His passion for local food is reflected in a menu that takes traditional cuisine to new delicious heights, with dishes like the bougie breadfruit bowl, ginger barbecue pigtails, blackbelly lamb risotto and oxtails with gnocchi.
