However, Livardo Rogelio Hinds, of Durants, Lodge Road, Christ Church; Kamar Grenville Stoute, of Bottom Close, Wildey, St Michael; and Jason Ainsley Wilson, of Wildey Gardens, St Michael entered not guilty pleas to the capital offence before the High Court. The three are accused of murdering Michael Edwards on February 2, 2017. Edwards, of Bartlett Tenantry, Sargeant’s Village, Christ Church, died on after he was shot multiple times by men who entered his property. They will make their next appearance before the judge on December 1 when their matter will again be mentioned. Crown Counsel Kevin Forde is prosecuting the case while Hinds has Arthur Holder as his defence counsel. Stoute is represented by attorney-at-law Angella Mitchell-Gittens and Wilson is represented by Queen’s Counsel Andrew Pilgrim.
