Kinchar Lavone Mascoll, 43, who is currently awaiting sentencing on two rape cases told the No. 2 Supreme Court today that he should get medication twice a day, morning and afternoon, but sometimes he only gets it in the afternoon. He told Justice Randall Worrell today despite his complaints: โNobody ainโt paying me no mind . . . . I ainโt get no meds this morning, all I get is breakfast,โ the Drax Hall Jump, St George resident said. Given those utterances Justice Randall Worrell requested a report on Mascollโs medication regime from the prisonโs mental health clinic. Attorney Michael Lashley Q.C., said Mascoll had been complaining about the issue.ย The lawyer said he had informed his client about the contents of the final victim impact statement submitted to the court. However, Lashley said โout of an abundance of cautionโ he would prefer that Mascollโs issues were dealt with first. The convicted man, who also goes by the alias Rhino or Monkey Man, has pleaded guilty to raping a 15-year-old girl on December 1, 2015, and a 43-year-old woman two weeks later, on December 17.
