The Authority has announced a further extension of the filing deadline from December 15, 2021, until March 15, 2022. In addition, the Ministry of Finance has approved a remit of penalties and interest for failing to file Corporation Tax returns where a company did not carry on a business for income years 1968 to 2020 inclusive. The Authority has issued a Policy Note for companies in this category on their failure to file, available online byย clicking here.
