Noel Lionel Taylor, of Galloway Lane, Waterford who has been on $10 000 bail since his first appearance before the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court is now set to face judge and jury. The accused who appeared before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes on Thursday is charged with dishonestly obtaining from Lucky House Shoe $650 with intent to permanently deprive Paul’s Enterprises Limited by falsely representing that a gaming voucher which he produced and delivered was a good and valid order for payment.
