Aaron Sharlon Harding, of Yearwood Road, Black Rock, St Michael, is now expected to appear at the District ‘C’ Magistrates’ Court located at St Matthias on February 11. The landscaper is charged with using unlawful violence towards Kerry Connell, on January 27, and his conduct was such that it caused other people present at the scene to fear for another person’s safety. He is further alleged to have contravened Paragraph 22 (1) clause (a) of the Emergency Management (COVID-19) (Curfew) Directive 2022 by failing to wear a mask at Wavell Ave., St Michael on the same date.
