Drug Service Pharmacies closing for stock-taking

The Ministry of Health and Wellness advises the public that polyclinic and outpatient clinics’ pharmacies, operating under the Barbados Drug Service (BDS) will close from March 8 to March 25  to facilitate stock-taking.

The schedule is as follows:

March 8 Ladymeade Reference Unit
March 9 Psychiatric Hospital Pharmacy
March 10 Maurice Byer Polyclinic Pharmacy
March 11 Edgar Cochrane Polyclinic Pharmacy
March 15 Glebe Polyclinic Pharmacy
March 16 Geriatric Hospital Pharmacy
March 17 St. Philip Polyclinic Pharmacy
March 18 Eunice Gibson Polyclinic Pharmacy
March 21 Branford Taitt Polyclinic Pharmacy
March 22 David Thompson Health & Social Services Complex Pharmacy
March 23 Randal Phillips Polyclinic Pharmacy
March 24 March 25 – – Winston Scott Polyclinic Pharmacy Winston Scott Polyclinic Pharmacy

All other polyclinic services will operate on the normal schedule.  Provision will be made to handle any emergency request during the stock-taking exercise. Members of the public are asked to arrange their business accordingly.

The Barbados Drug Service continues to work to provide quality pharmaceuticals for Barbados.
