The two exchanged pleasantries and discussed matters of significance to both countries, after which President Kagame signed the Visitor’s Book at State House and made a commitment to the island’s President that he would return to visit Barbados in the future. The presidential visit to Barbados coincides with government’s thrust to expand and deepen relations with countries in Africa.
