Payments for regulation tests, weight certificates, and inspections can be done online at portal.bra.gov.bb or in person at BRA payment centres in Bridge Street Mall, Bridgetown; Oistins, Christ Church; and Holetown, St. James. However, payments for first time driver’s licenses, international driver’s licenses, transfer of overseas licenses to a Barbados license, the issue and renewals of learner’s permits, as well as registration and renewals for hired vehicles, taxis and PSVs, can only be made at the BRA payment centre in Bridge Street Mall, Bridgetown.
