Shawayne Deshawn Williams, 27, of Mahaica Gap, Green Hill has been charged with the deaths of Tyrese Ceasar and Trae Harris on June 29 at Horse Hill, St Joseph. He is also accused of endangering the life of Andre Beckles, wounding Seth Towler and Kemar Bradshaw and possession of a firearm.
