Effective midnight, Sunday, September 4, the retail prices of all liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders will increase.

The new price of the100-lb cylinder will be $176.33, an increase of $5.46; while the 25-pound cylinder will cost $1.36 more, that is, $49.18.  The 22-pound cylinder will sell for $43.44, rising by $1.20, and the 20-pound cylinder will increase by $1.10 to $39.50.

Government is taking this opportunity to adjust the retail prices of these products in line with its policy of allowing retail prices to reflect those on the international market.
