The 61-year-old of Headley’s Land, Deacons Road, St Michael secured the bail sum with one surety after the prosecution offered no objections to bail. He will make his next court appearance on March 28, 2023. Brathwaite appeared before Acting Magistrate Jared Richards charged that on October 12, he had a driver’s licence bearing his name and purporting to be genuinely issued by the Barbados Licensing Authority, for the use in the course of committing the offence of criminal deception.
