The accused who is being represented by attorneys-at-law Roger Forde K.C and Safiya Moore appeared before Magistrate Deidre McKenna. He is alleged to have committed the offence on September 18. With no objections to bail from Acting Inspector Peter Barrow, Rowe was granted $10 000 bail with one surety. He is set to reappear before the court on January 30, 2023.
