The Lowthers, Christ Church resident who is also facing fraud and drug charges appeared before Magistrate Manila Renee in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court at Cane Garden, St Thomas on Monday. He was not required to plead to the indictable charges. The firearm and drug charges were reportedly committed on October 24.
