“The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones that do!” – Steve Jobs
Women all over the world are in a transition and, in many cases making some really remarkable strides while smashing personal and business goals in pursuit of their dreams. Birthing new businesses, taking up top executive positions, starting new organizations, pivoting to new sectors, and the list goes on, all while caring for and nurturing our families.
Collectively, however, women still have a significant way to go if we are going to change the game and increase our chances of greater success and fulfilment.
With this in mind, founder of Boss Ladies United, Alison Browne-Ellis and co-founders Keri Mapp and Tricia Griffith hold a vision to unite an army of stronger, well-rounded Boss Ladies where empowerment, mentorship and collaboration come second to nature and where all women are focused on winning. The Boss Ladies United is a professional development and networking association introduced in February 2021 to inspire, empower, elevate and unite women of all levels. Recognising that greater competence in women naturally increases our confidence level, a key focus for the team is the training and professional development of women.
The team at Boss Ladies United is committed to building bridges that will allow women at all levels to get excited about the vision they have for the future. Following the launch of the “Empowering Mentorship Programme” back in March 2021, the team is halfway through the execution of its second cohort of mentees who have all been paired with seasoned business and career professionals as their mentors for a period of six months.
This Sunday, November 20, 2022, Boss Ladies United will host its official launch event #INSPIRE through an exclusive Women Empowerment and Networking Dinner at the luxurious Sandals Royal where the team will welcome over 120 women to enjoy an evening of fun, frolic and inspiration through presentations from two powerful and transformational guest speakers.
