Over 90 Barbadian cricketers will be drafted to join six locally based franchises and participate in the ten-over competition from December 5-21 at the University of the West Indies (UWI) 3W’s Oval, Cave Hill Campus in Barbados. The tournament will be aired on various networks, including online streaming, providing a unique opportunity for local players to be seen by clubs and franchises worldwide. Dream 11 in a statement said “we are thrilled to be part of Barbados’ journey in further elevating the sport of cricket. Tournaments like BIM 10 will make cricket more accessible to talented athletes and sports fans alike.” Besides players, local coaches have been engaged to lead the franchises in a 33-game schedule, which will be free to the local and visiting public.
