Special  Christmas delivery for some Christ Church communities

Some 50 children received Christmas gifts from Justice of Peace Janal Browne as part of his Operation Ceasefire programme today.

Children ages two and up from communities in Christ Church South including Sayers Court, Parish Land and Silver Sands got toys ranging from dolls and footballs to play trucks and more.

Browne said he wanted to bring cheer to families.

“For years it has always been on my heart to give out to the communities and now coming to a place that I can actually do it. There are some communities, some children even that are going through a lot of struggles…and just to put some smiles on their faces, that means the world to me,” he said. (SB)
