Last Wednesday, some students and teachers on a particular block at the school complained of feeling unwell and had to seek medical attention. This resulted in the closure of the Pine, St Michael facility last Thursday and Friday. A statement issued by Chief Education Officer Dr Ramona Archer-Bradshaw said: “Staff and students who usually occupy the affected block will be relocated to another section of the campus while the Ministry of Health and Wellness continues their investigations of the school’s surrounding areas.
