The BWA wishes to update residents in parts of St. Michael, St. James and St. Thomas that the pump station which had to be taken offline as a result of low reservoir levels on Saturday, February 18th, is back online and pumping water into the network.

Residents in some areas may continue to be impacted by low pressure or water outages until the water pressures in the system return to normal.

Tanker crews will continue to assist affected residents in the interim.

The BWA apologizes for the inconvenience caused.
