According to Minister of Tourism and International Transport Ian Gooding-Edghill, the plan was still on course to sell the Savannah Hotel in Hastings, Christ Church as well as the Blue Horizon Hotel at Rockley in the same parish. The Minister noted that the board of directors of the Hotels and Resorts โwas at an advanced stageโ and was dealing with issues including property valuations for Savannah. He said government wanted to give the buyer an opportunity to expand the footprint of the hotel and he expected the matter to reach a conclusion soon.
