Loud cheers for Barbados’ newest centenarian William Theophilus Allder

Phillip, who along with the majority of the family came in from Canada for the celebrations, spoke on how hardworking his father was during their childhood and said in spite of this, he still continued to take the time to show love and care for each of them. Allder’s firstborn, Angela Edey, said she felt “wonderful, honoured and blessed” that her father has reached the significant milestone, wishing him many more years to come. President Dame Sandra Mason paid a virtual visit to the celebrations via Zoom and congratulated Allder and wished him a very special birthday. (JB)]]>
