New Zealand’s Hayden Paddon winner of the First Citizens King of the Hill

On the third and final run Hayden Paddon managed to edge out Dane Skeete for the First Citizens King of the Hill title.

Skeete was leading after the second official run by just over half a second. But with the announcement that the fourth run was cancelled as they sat on the line, Paddon in the Hyundai i20 R5 let it all hand out to shave a whopping 3 seconds off his time and win the event by 1.85 seconds from Skeete in the Subaru WRC.
